CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH A QUOTE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES? 

Yes.  It may be possible to provide you with a shipping method other than the one that is shown in your cart. Please contact us with your zip code / postal code and tell us if your order will be delivered to a residential address or a commercial address.  A business inside a home is considered a residential delivery by all shipping companies.

WILL YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Yes. We have many customers around the world and we ship globally.  If you are thinking of placing an order and want information about shipping costs please contact us.  We can provide you with options that may be less expensive than what you see in your shopping cart.  Please note that all transactions are in US Dollars.


HOW ARE SHIPPING CHARGES DETERMINED?

Shipping charges are determined by your shipping address, the dimensions of the package(s) and the weight of the package(s). Shipping charges may also include a small amount of insurance to protect against theft or damage while your order is in transit.

  • The shipping calculator is available in your shopping cart. You can calculate your shipping fee for any product by clicking on the 'Calculate Shipping' link on the page. Enter your zip code / postal code, your state / province and country to get a shipping charge.  If you select a different shipping method during checkout, your actual shipping charge may be higher or lower.
     
  • We use UPS for most of our shipping. Orders that are shipped outside the United States are sometimes shipped via other methods. Orders that are shipped to an APO or FPO address must be shipped via USPS.
     
  • Items that are too large for UPS Ground will need to be shipped by other methods and we will contact you with a shipping rate before your order is processed.
     
  • Shipping costs are added to your invoice.


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

Any claims for adjustments must be made within 10 days of the receipt of your order. A return authorization number is required before returning any merchandise. You must contact our office for authorization. Anything that is accepted for an exchange or refund must be in its original condition. Returns must be shipped prepaid.  Restocking charges of up to 20% may apply. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns allowed on custom orders. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If your backdrop needs to be modified because it may be too light or too dark due to the way you light it, we will provide the rework at no cost to you as long as you notify us within 14 days. The freight charges for this are the responsibility of the customer.  A word about color and backdrops: Not all monitors nor mobile devices reproduce colors accurately. Your lighting, lab and printing will affect the color of the backdrop in your images.
